Most kids dress up as their favorite superheroes or cartoon characters for Halloween, but apparently these tykes wanted to become their favorite rappers, Nicki Minaj and Lil’ Wayne. The pair’s Halloween snapshot became very popular on the Internet, and it has been receiving many different opinions ever since.

As seen in the photo, the little boy is dressed like Lil Wayne, complete with his signature leopard leggings, Converse sneakers, fake dreads, shades and fake tattoos on his body. The girl next to him is dressed just like Nicki Minaj with a rainbow wig, boots, Barbie chain and a doll hanging from her pants.

Reactions have varied, as some call it an “epic fail”, while others find it cute. Nicki Minaj herself seems to be in favor of it and tweeted, “Happy Halloween Everyone!!! S/O to all the nicki minaj costumes!!! Own it!!! xoxo,”.

What do you guys think? Cute or too old for their age?
