If you have hemorrhoid, it’s bad enough. But when you have hemorrhoid and have no money for treatment, that’s even worse. In fact, it’s so bad that the only way out is to go slash some cars…at least that’s what Tommy Joe Kelly thought.

The man slashed over 391 cars in the same neighborhood, which had earned him 10 years in jail. Is it a misery for him? Not likely. Apparently he was having some pretty bad hemorrhoid at that time, and if he goes to jail, he’d have the proper treatments that he couldn’t afford. So this was basically done willingly to get his butt fixed.

10 years of jail to get hemorrhoid relief. Smart deal or no?

It’s kinda sad how the system makes people do stuff to go to jail because it’s sometimes safer or can get proper treatment..


10 years is alot he slashed too many cars. but i believe he did the right thing for survival purposes and yet a bad thing since guess who is paying for his medical bills? our taxes!? >O


Wow, that is horrible…
But it’s true, sometimes, when you’re poor, jail is the better option.
Free living, you know?
But it’s also dangerous…
I think the government needs to help more with poorer people…

This is so sad however if this is true then the prison system there is pretty awesome!


Wow… That’s sad. A scary decision he made but I guess he somewhat did it for the better besides slashing cars.
